this is my last piece for this years BJP A tree called life.
as you can see it's not finished yet it was supposed to be for august but I got so dreadfully behind on it I had to push it back until now.

it's also been the most technically challenging for me and so i keep putting it down in frustration!
on top of that it still doesn't look right to me, and I can't figure out how to "fix" it.
oh well, this was supposed to stretch my abilities and it has!

May - Totally Unexpected Results

I'm caught up with posting now (yay!) and am working on my June piece. I've also been catching up on your blogs and am utterly charmed with the work being done in the BJP this year!

January project *finally* complete!

I have finally finished my first bead journal piece for the year. I was away on a trip for the first three weeks of January, so I had a (very) late start, and while I actually finished the piece a week ago, I didn't get the blog post up until tonight.

My January Penguins piece was inspired by my trip, and the trip may end up being my theme for the year - we'll see!

An update for February

Sort of a mix of an update on my BJP piece, my trip to Tucson and what I've been working on lately.
I'm aiming to finish on time, but you can't bead with your fingers crossed.
