A new State joins the BJP - Nevada

Last month I had the opportunity to go visit my cousin Patrick in Flagstaff Arizona.  We took a little roadtrip to Las Vegas and in doing so, I had been to a new state to add to my BJP collection of state quarter magnets.  The inspiration for this month's BJP was so loud, I had to put it to the top of the quarter pile, so to speak and whipped up the piece in a day!

July Bjp

For my July BJP, continuing with my tree theme, I did a live oak with moss.  After a lot of thought, I decided to use embroidery floss for moss instead of beads and I like it.  There are enough other beads there.

June PJP Finished!

My purple thumbs seem to be greening, the subject for my June BJP!!! A bit more about that on my blog, here.

A very big beady project has entered my life... one that will take about 6 months to complete. While it's an incredible opportunity, it will suck my energy and time like never before. If you don't see me blogging and commenting as much for a while, please forgive me and know I'll be back as soon as possible.

I haven't quite completed my project for July but it's mostly done!
the phrase for this month is whatever a sun has sung is you, and I need to add bells, to make it sing the right way, and a back with a pin so I can wear it and then it will be done.

Sorry, this is slightly off-subject... or so it seems...
